Buy the AIM get the correct part numbers and buy the right pulleys. It’s fairly simple. The PS pump get a single grove stamped steel pulley and then at the crank there is a add on pulley that goes over the crank that a single belt runs.

 

I have the 3rd crank pulley
I bought a single groove from ss396 and it lines up in the second pulley groove slot; i will call them tomorrow and see

One more question
The ac belt runs thru the water pump pulley and the middle of the three crank pulleys. Correct?

Not sure, I’m a non-ac owner. I have the 67 AIM in pdf if you want it.

 

If i am reading this correct, a 1967 BBC with ac would use the single groove power steering pulley 3860457?

The AC pulley is located between the alt pulley and the PS pulley on the crank. Not sure about a 67, but on a 66 it is a 2 groove pulley on the crank (alt & AC belts) followed by another single groove pulley for the PS belt. In other words there are 2 pulleys bolted onto the crank in order to make the 3 groove setup.

 

i have the 3 on the crank; the dual plus the add on for the PS.
