I was quite interested in the article. Great engine for a cruiser. $800 for the engine, $3k for upgrades and 450 hp. Nice. I have been planning on using an LS2 for the wife's rolling '67 chassis. I can get an LS2, engine, tranny, ECU, and harness for about $1500-$2000. I think the 5.3 can be had for less. If you go that route, get the entire engine, tranny, ECU, and harness. Should be a drop in with the right mounts. I'm very interested.
