That's a good combo. One suggestion is to go with the 180cc heads. It'll make more usable power in the band it will be driven in the most. There's no need to go with 1.6 rockers on a daily driver with decent lift already. Accelerated valve guide wear and spring wear are the main draw backs. Just my $0.02

Will the 195's hurt the driveability or should I call and see if I can have my order changed to the 180's?Anyone have a clue what my end compression ratio will be?Basically going from a .051gasket to a .015 gasket and from 58cc chambers to 68cc chambers. If the compression is too low should I have the heads milled down to increase compression.I'd like to stay around 10:1
The 195cc heads are going to want RPM to come alive in a 350. They might produce a little more power above 6000rpm but can cost a lot of torque/power below 4000rpm as compared to the 180cc heads. It'll be a little lazy. You'll be happier with the smaller heads with your gearing. Don't overkill it. Chevyguy is dead on with the CR of approx. 9.8:1 with the 68cc chambers and the .015" gasket. Plenty enough CR for the cam chosen. In a heavy vehicle such as yours and 3.31 gears in a daily driver, you need a stump puller.
