i put a cell in w/8an line from tank to carb w/mallory140 pump and 2 port reg,and liquid filled pressure gauge on the reg . problem is start the car set the pressure to 7 rev the throttle pressure drops to 3 or so. readjust back to 7 walk around the car its back to 3. shut the car down start it back up the pressure is at 11 but the car doesent stall . everything is new so i'm a little confused.
