Here is a 69 chevelle 454 I just picked up about a week ago. Started to tear down the front and strip old parts. Plan on coke blasting everything as well as a complete restoration to interior. Still working on engine ideas. its a 3999289 block with 781 heads built in 74. Not sure if its a Hi Perf or not. going to be pulling the engine on memorial day. Would like to build up the engine to 650-700hp. Wish me luck!

On their website they have several different options based on the setup your planning on running. I called in my order so I was sure I was getting the correct package. I already had a chrome water pump so they were able to deduct that from the overall package price. Here are the options I picked.

Whoops.. didnt see the small total dollar amount at the bottom lol. I started a thread a few months back asking how to get a good setup without spending $1500... well... yeaaaa.. That went right out of the window. Truth be told, i just wanted some bling.

Hey, I know all about it. Needed new pulley and went with a billet specialties serpentine setup. My whole build snowballed. But worth it in the end 
I've had to do this before also, freaks me out and makes me soooo nervous!

And here is just a quick pull they did when they were getting things adjusted. Didn't get a video of the final pull but you get the point lol. Cant wait to have this in the car running.

Here is some modifications i had done to the hood. They are aftermarket vents and should look good and be functional for letting hot air out and cool air in. Not finished as you can see but getting close. I like it.

It's been a while since I've posted on here. Mainly due to the overwhelming amount of advertising that's been added to this site but in other news here is a link to YouTube showing the engines first fire up on the frame. It made quite a lovely sound.
