Help ID rear arms sway mount

Hi

Want to know if anyone has any knowledge about these lower rear arms and sway mount. Looks like you would mount a front type sway on the downward facing stud IDK

I believe the later G body used a mount similar to that.

73 TO 77 A body is my guess.

thanks both/ i posted up on the elcamino site and will try the G body.

I want to get rid of them but knowing the application would be paramount to that happening
