hi, i have a question about carb spacers. i recently bought a 350 that a guy built but never installed in anything. it has flat top pistons, stock 400 heads, an edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock carb, and edelbrock cam. it also came with a 1 inch spacer under the carb, and i am wondering just what that is supposed to do for me? i am not into racing but like low end power rather than high revs. should i keep the spacer or not? thanks
