The engine block. Can you powder coat it safely? I always liked powdercoatings, and was just curios.

Talk to your machine shop first. If the block is going to be decked, I would recommend doing that first. Then using a head gasket, mask off the part of the deck that will be covered by the gasket. I cannot think of anything else that might be a problem.
