Header Wrap?

I have some questions for those that have wrapped their headers...
Is it worthwhile to use? Does it reduce under-hood temps noticeably?
Will it trap moisture beneath the wrap while the car is sitting and rust away my headers from the inside out?

header wrap is bad,bad and more bad

Never "king tut" your headers,as they will rot..saw a pair of Hooker super comps on a big block Camaro get really rusty from that stuff

that's what I was afraid of, seems like when they cool the wrap cold hold condensation next to the metal.
