My 66 Convertible has a white interior...To answer your questions:
A) black dash pad
B) No interior parts match the exterior paint
C)Mine's stock looking, but a custom color combo, see below...
The factory white bucket interior has black carpet, black console (if so equipped), black dash, column, windshield posts, dash pad and black on the top of the doors too... The lower protion of the door panels and the kick panels are also black, as are the seat belts...
Basically the seats and the upper section of the door panels are the only white areas...
When I restored mine I was tired of black, so I did it slightly custom...
I special ordered my door panels in ALL white (regular PUI (?) panels, just special ordered, and no addtional cost).
I recovered the seats with stock white covers, but I put in blue carpet, had the seatbelts rewebbed in blue, painted the console and kick panels white, but painted the dash, steering column, windshield posts and top of doors (metal) with the same blue as the outside (close to Marina Blue) and replaced the dash pad with a blue one.
I recently rebuilt the convertible top frame, and painted it the same color blue too...
My interior looks totally stock except the color combo (and two autometer guages under the dash)...
I can try and post some pictures if interested...
