The winter upgrades have started early this year. Been wanting to go EFI for the Baby Rat for a while now, mostly due to the high altitude up here in CO. Thought while I was at it I'd ask Mike what he thought about a cam change. I asked Mike if he would mind helping me with the EFI conversion and getting some thoughts from Chris for a new cam profile that might gain a little more power up here.

Needless to say, Mike was more than happy to help out and within a few days a new custom Bullit Hyd. Roller cam from Chris showed up at my door, and all the gaskets I needed to do the job as well as all the part numbers I need for the EFI conversion via an e-mail.

Now thats the true definition of Personal and Professional customer service in my book.
This just shows AGAIN what dealing with a small shop is truly worth, compared to the big mail order / web store giant parts houses. Mike makes you feel like your part of the familly when your talking with him, and to me that's something money cannot buy!!!

Mike, I'll be calling you to order the EFI kit after I get a few more bucks for my Carb & Ignition parts.;)
Thank you again, Mike & Chris :beers:

Yes Mike, I know what you mean, they both helped me alot and and never hurried me up on the phone, just stayed as long as it took. Don't see how they get anything done as much time as they spend on the phone, but somehow they do. I will deal with both of them again in the future.

Thanks,

Mac

P.S. Thanks again Wolfy and Chris:beers:

To answer your question on how it is done,,,,,
Simple,, I don't have a life l:)

Aw Wolfy, sorry to hear that:(, but if ya ever get time , come on down and we'll get a jug, sit on the porch and have a tick pickin or somethin';).

The only fun Mike has time for is watching the wolves eat the new UPS guy. :)

I was there recently and met all the *children*. They definitely keep an eye on you! I like the one that is a little confused and has learned how to bark. She barks a little...and then it turns into a Wolf howl! Just too cool!

Oh yeah...when Mike tells you the electric fence will bite you..believe him! I tested it once....more like an arc welder!

but that is only allowed after CLEANING the shop....to where you can eat of any bench, machine or the floor

really a beautiful meticulous shop with TOP NOTCH equipment!

kudos to Mike Lewis :D

Mac, where in oklahoma do you live?

Jim, i know all about testing electric fences. I got the bright idea one time to spit on it and if i saw electricity going through the spit then it was on (dumb). Well i had been drinkin texas sweet tea and when i spit it strung from my mouth and hit the hot electric fence. i probably had a 28" neck when it hit :)
Dont EVER do that dumb crap, just a lesson in life.

Oh yeah 1 more lesson in life, never fry bacon naked!!
