68 chevelle, new tie rod ends, idler arm, ball joints upper and lower. Car wanders/ drifts slightly. Is this a toe in/out problem?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed a new PST polygraphite front end, fresh alignment, still wanders a little. Alignment guy says I need to replace my rear suspension parts to tighten it all up.
He is right since it has all the original worn out bushings and ancient shocks. A little better weather and I will get after it. Hate rolling around in the driveway between rain showers.
