rebuilding a Holley

Recently purchased a used Holley 3310 750 cfm with manual choke and vaccum secondaries from a fellow who said it was sitting for several years but ran good when removed from the motor. He recommends rebuilding it and I may try and tackle this myself. Do I buy the rebuild kit or the trick kit? Any other suggestions or recommendations? Should I set it up with factory jets as a starting point and then see what my motor likes?

Factory jetting is 72 for the primaries,which will be fine.I would just stick with the standard Holley rebuild kit.
