Well, I'm just about all healed up, just have to toughen up some more. As you can see by the pic, the "Bullwinkle" isn't nearly as red, and my shoulder has grown new skin back, so no grafts will be necessary, and I've grown hair and my mustache. I'll wear "shooter sleeves" (those things you see basketball players wear on their arms) on my arms when I'm at work to protect my forearms, and try not to rub my belly on anything. :) The bandage is covering a small scrape, the reason it's so long is that I can't apply tape to the burn areas because the skin will peel off with the tape. BTW, I've lost some weight, that's why my pants are hanging low.:D

Speaking of work, I've been cleared to go back on December 1st, and that's a good thing. When you're self employed and yourself is the only employee, the paycheck ain't good when you're off work.:p

Once again, thanks to all the great folks here at Team Chevelle for your support. I feel very blessed to have a group of friends like ya'll.

Hopefully you have a bunch of work piled up and waiting for you! As for the pants, I thought you were going for the "pimped look", have you been driving with your seat in the full reclined position too?

I came by your place on the 11th but the gate was closed so I just headed onto my doctors appointment a little early. I was just in the area.

That's one of those mistakes you only make once. I was lucky, only got it on the hand. Good luck to you, glad to see you're making your way back.

Bill sure looks like your doing real well and had good medical treatment....The photo's of your restoration show that to be a fact. Here is to a full and complete recovery and thanks for sharing your experience as it may help another member avoid the same type of accident......:beers:

Looks like some new duds might be on your Christmas wish list.....

Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!! l:)

Good to see your smiling face Bill...the rest I could have lived without. I'm glad your well down the road to recovery

Bill congrats on your recovery! Be careful once you return to work. Pete

Very happy to see you healing up and getting back in your groove.

Hell of a thing and we're all happy that you still have your full face and arent out flipping a double sided coin and causing havoc in gotham city. :D

Good news here, for sure. I wish you the best. Burns are no fun, had a had one on my entire foot when I was a kid and I cannot even begin to imagine what something like you experienced would feel like. Your a tough dude and I admire the grit.
