I thought it was 'walks through airport security sideways going to Bankok'....but that's just what I remember.
Some of 'em understand what 'urgent' means, others not so much.
Try putting it into plain terms they use, like the tanning salon for example.....say the car(tanning bed) needs an oil change(tanning bulb replacement), and that without it the engine will turn into a big expensive seized up rock(you won't be able to get that tan, and the tanning bed will explode in fire with you in it!)
In my short life, I've come to the realization you have to make it 'real' to people for them to understand you. Try it, it may just work....well, after 500 or so times but you'll get good at it:yes:
