Hi guys. I'm fairly new but I've gotten some great advice from you guys and need some opinions. The starter in my 71 BBC Chevelle went out today. Has anyone bought one from Ebay? I was looking at a 3HP tilton style from gr8hotrods and one from Skip White. They are both under $100.

Thanks. Found db electrical on Ebay and that's the same starter I want.

Summit sells a hitachi style for 109. Very happy with it. It may have a warranty I don't know.

Order direct from DB.
Also make sure you know which solenoid you want (3 or 4 pole) and make sure you order it that way. I think they ship with a 3 but if you need a 4 then ask for that.
