Still a lot of football left to be played. I'd love to see these teams play again in the post season if it should work itself out that way.
Yep!!! and lots more AFC East teams still all having to play each other one more time.... who knows how it's going to end.:)
But we all know how it would end with Brady and the rest of the team @ full strength!!!:thumbsup:

The Jets took over first place by beating essentially the Pat's practice squad. ;) and the refs giving the Jets 3 sets of downs @ the goal line at the end of regulation didn't help either.
It wasn't a fun ride home:sad:..... anyway, should be an interesting end of the season run here.
Come on now. You can do better than that. The Patriots Practice squad? You have what, 2 starters out? Brady and some dude on defense.

Like it did last year. :)

No one has any idea how Brady will come back from such a serious injury.Next year if he comes back and cant be the same Tom Brady your gonna say if Tom never got hurt we would have beat you?
Cassell overthrew Moss when Moss was 10 yards behind the defense and everyone will agree that a healthy Brady makes that throw, but part of Cassells effectiveness against the Jets was his ability to scramble out of the pocket also beside that play and the touchdown catch, Moss was shut down for the most part.
Cassell had a great game and credit goes to Belichick for making him believe that he could step in and play at a high level in Brady's absence. There are not to many people who would have bet that the Pats would be 6-4 after 10 games without Brady.

Good points Vinny, I think Cassell has done an outstanding job. He is going to get PAID in the offseason. Who is to say Brady makes it back? Stranger things have happened to NFL Players. I'm sure Cassell will have a terrible game upcoming (as all QBs do) but the experience on that team will pull them through somehow. Plus, it's not like the AFC is tough this year or anything. ;)

Vinny, that video in your signature, did you rent the track for the day or get to the race early?

Tough enough that the Cowboys would be hard pressed to get a playoff spot with their record.:D;)
No one is talking about the Cowboys. Like I said earlier, you have Brady and some dude on defense out. Other than Maroney, I've never heard of those other guys.

It's tough playing in the NFC, your Redskins side of you knows that. :)

You never heard of, Ty Warren, Rodney Harrison,Sammy Morris, Lamont Jordan, geez..... you must not follow the game as much as I thought.
The other names are not household names, but are however a starter at cornerback and nickel and dime package situational players.

No!!! your thinking of Roy Williams.;)
You know it WAS Harrison, not everything has to do with the Cowboys. But, I like the way you are always thinking about them. :)

Good reading right here: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2631666

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=fleming/081029 (Roy was voted in as a tie for #1, even though he's been out most of the year. I think these guys got mixed up with Fiercest with Dirtiest. :)
