Weight of my Chevelle

72 Sleeper

Hello does anyone know how much a 72 Chevelle weighs. It has a full interior with buckets console, steel clow hood,
400sb, tubro400,12bolt, no air,power dics,manual steering,full 3" exhust.

Welcome, Gary...........I found out my 66 weighs 3460. I talked to the guy at the land fill one day and asked if I could come by and weigh it..........they were all happy to see it. Didn't cost anything..........and now they remember the Chevelle guy! May not be dead accurate.....but it's close.

Welcome, My '72 BB with Air Vert weighs over 4500lbs.....

Hello and welcome Gary. You didn't specify which model so I will give the weights for a 2 door malibu.

Start with 3424 lbs.
Add 19 for the buckets,
17 for the console,
29 for the power disc brakes,
64 for the small block with automatic,
8 for the am radio
10 for cowl induction.
