No, not my body. I have been pondering the thought of ditching the older body style for something newer. Main reason would be aerodynamics but the other reason is to just be different and run in Pro with a new car body.

Something like this......

WHAT? It's different now, I see a few of the GTO's everytime there is a big race at Bremerton or Pacific. They are cool and very fast/light, but not as awesome as your '67. It's more of a personal preference I guess but your chevelle is the coolest around the PNW. The only thing better would be a '66 body:D

sorry Jim, but compared to ur chevelle thats.....

BOOOOORRRRRIIINNNNNGGG

Well ya just have to know me to understand. I like going quick but at the same time I like to be different. I know the newer body style is some what boring but would help me go quicker. Heck, I have even given the thought of a Willys body and even a Mopar body but I keep coming back to the newer body

But still Jim, ur chevelle is wayyy cooler than any of those things. Nitrous is gona take care of that aerodynamics for yah.

All I can say is I hope I do well in Vegas Jim, then I will tell you its the best choice you could make and I'll take your old slow chevelle:D

Put a hitch on the 67 and use it to tow the GTO to track. Best of both worlds.:D

I like the newer body style cars..
Came real close to a newer Camaro/Firebird body myself. A lot of people don't run newer bodies because of it narrowing your class options due to suspension and all but I still like them. There are a couple decent deals on Racing Junk right now...

Like I said, it could be the drugs.

Ok, that is bad ass!
But why spend the $$ if your mostly there already? Its hard for me to wrap my head around it because I don't know what its like to have $$ to spend, if its what you want go for it:)

I like the newer body styles and suspension setups that go along with it. A lighter car has a lot of advantages, not to mention you will enter another realm of safety. our old heavy cars just are not as safe as the purpose built stuff.
