350 bored .040 over, comp 270h cam, stock vortec heads, gm performance dual plane intake, long tube headers, 200-4r o.d. trans, 3.42 posi rear. Is a holley 600 carb big enough for my combo? It will be just a nice cruiser, maybe 1/4 mile race once a year or something.

Also there isn't a port on the back of the carb for my power brake line, where do I hook up my power brakes? thanks

600 holley is fine for your setup but i would prefer a tweaked q-jet for best perf & fuel mileage if setup correctly.

Good luck with the Holley... I had a 4150 HP series 600cfm Holley and that thing was a dog. It required constant tuning and the lean backfire was horrendous on my mild 350.

Alex,i didn want to rain in his parade if he already had the carb but since you did (LOL!!!!) i have to say i agree with you that the cheapo entrance lvl (1850 ?) 600cfm holley vac sec carb is not a very good carb IMHO if thats the one he has.

But a 600cfm carb of another choice would be fine for his setup but i still prefer a properly setup q-jet for his mild street autotrans setup.
