Okay...I am leaving to go hunting and when I come back it will be only 1 week to the BBQ. So...it had been talked about, but no one had started to discuss it yet. I figured I would get the ball rolling...

What kinds of food and drinks do we want at the BBQ? I figured I would start a list and everyone could chime in and pick something, add something...whatever.

Also...Doc', said we should plan on starting around 1:00-2:00 pm and end whenever. If you need directions just PM Doc with your signed waiver form! :D

1) Chicken
2) Ribs
3) Hamburger patties and buns (Mike...aka 66SSFan)
4) Some sort of Steak, Beef, Pork (Brett bringing Pulled Pork...I hope that is the only thing he is pulling!)
5) Hot Dogs and Buns (Kevin...aka...Kevin!)
6) Sausages (I will bring these)
7) Corn on the cob
8) Salmon?
9) Chips (seriously...doesn't everybody bring these? Don't we end up with like 20 bags?! :) )
10) Cheese (Greg...aka 66 Buick Special)
11) Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, BBQ sauce (Greg...aka 66 Buick Special)
12) Lettuce, Tomatoes, Relish
13) Vegetables
14) Salads (Macaroni, bean, rabbit) (Greg...aka 1966Malibu)
15) Soda Pop (Greg...aka 1966Malibu)
16) BYOB! (Everyone who is of age...remember as Doc has said...this is a social gathering not a drinking fest. We don't want anyone hurt or in jail)
17) Bread
18) Snack mix
19) Chilli (Arron...aka Ponyeater)
20) Utensils and paper plates...so the Bergs' don't have to do any dishes! (Chad...aka Juhosaphat)

Okay...just a quick list...I gotta go to a meeting now...take it away guys!

Erik, nice work showing some initiative and getting this going!

I have #4, going to bring some BBQ pulled pork for sandwiches. I will cook about 3 lbs, should be enough with all the other food.

Warning: if you suffer severe heartburn, do not like spicy food, or think that eating a hot pepper is nuts DO NOT CONSUME THE CHILI!!!! I only make it one way and it can run engines up to 14:1 compression it is high octane. :)

Hell YA!!!!!

Actually Shawn doesn't ride the short bus anymore. He used to get bused to Snohomish, where the Blind program in school was. Once our school hired a vision teacher, he was able to go to school where he belonged,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sorry TO Greg I UPS every thing to my door but second day air takes 3 days to get here or there. The "other guys" have next day air from here. So if it's perishable I would use them. You can get the shorts out of your crack now.:boxing:l:)
