I never have, but recently decided to. Don't really know why. Do you fly the flag at home? Let's make it a poll...
Maybe look into solar set ups at the base of the pole, Dont know how powerful they might be but figure with all the "go green!" pushes out there now that there has to be something available. And given your in the desert would seem to be a good fit, would cost you less to run and would be easier to install.Anyone have any ideas short of burying electrical cable out to the base?
Likewise on the driver's side, and if I could find one that flew in the other direction, I'd put one there too!! :thumbsup:Yes, and proud of it. Heck, I even have one on the vent window of my SS (see my signature for the convertible).

Nope, just lazy... don't want to spend the money to light it at night, and IMHO it's better to not fly the flag than to fly it improperly.I hope the "NO's are people who either cannot due to HOA's (or similiar) or members from other countries.
At least he's honest.Nope, just lazy... don't want to spend the money to light it at night, and IMHO it's better to not fly the flag than to fly it improperly.
Good , I am doing the right thing by taking it down at night. At least he's honest.
But, to properly fly the flag isn't hard and if you take it down at night, there is no need to put a light on it.
That requires effort, which is why I responded that I don't because I'm lazy... I'm not a morning person, so getting up 5 minutes earlier isn't going to happen. But, to properly fly the flag isn't hard and if you take it down at night, there is no need to put a light on it.
