I know this Tiwan made repop junk is bad but I am having trouble installing the cowl induction hood flaper door to the brackets. I put the nylon bushing in and proceded to bolt the bracket to the flaper door, but the hole in the bracket seemed too small for the bolt. Against my better judgment I continued anyway and snaped the bolt off in the bracket I ordered new brackets and original GM bolts with the "p" on them. What am I doing wrong, or have anyone of you run into this problem? Please help I dont want to ruin another pair. :sad:

I had to clean the holes with a tap prior to assembly.seems the taps they use are worn out or something.after chasing the holes it went right together
