I need to get a new crush collar for the 12 bolt in the 70. I can't find a listing with it anywhere and NAPA can't find a listing either. I had them look under crush collar, crush sleeve, and pinion spacer. Any of you rear guys have a part number so I can get a new one?

The only number i have is a GM #3954480. I usually just go to the local GM dealer and pick these up although you might be able to cross reference this number to another source. I have found that the GM crush collars are a bit more difficult to crush than the aftermarket ones that i have used that come in some of the install kits.

I prefer the gm ones better because they are harder to crush, to me, that's a good thing:yes:
