Well today we got to pick up our 67 Chevelle SS 396 from the paint shop and the fun can begin. Here are a couple pictures of the paint. I think it looks "killer" especially the gray , it looks black from a distance.

Thanks for all the advise to get to this point.

Thanks you'll. I Will be glad to get it done, but we are taking our time and going slow. Met with the upholstery guys today and I think we are going with gun metal gray seats with orange inserts and possibly the same on the door panels and the carpet & headliner black. Gotta think it over and go from there. Will continue to post pictures.

I need some opinions. Like I said in the above post on the interior we are going with gun metal gray seats with orange inserts. What I cannot get my mind around is what to do on the door panels. Here is what I have so far- the top of the door on the inside is painted the same black as the dash & metal seat backs,our upholstery guy suggested making door panels the same gun metal gray with an orange insert on either lower end of the panel on the front doors and centered on the quarter panel or we could go with just solid black panels. The carpet and headliner will be black.

I would really appreciate some input here on his idea.
