very unhappy with sponsor of disc brake conversion

So I ordered the disc brake conversion for my chevelle from one of our sponsors and I ordered the wrong brake booster so I shipped it back for the right booster.. It comes and I read the invoice and they charged me 135 bucks more for the part that I exchanged.
PLUS THEY SAID I SHIPPED IT BACK DAMAGED:mad: I OPENED THE BOX AND CLOSED IT AGAIN AND SHIPPED IT BACK SO THEY CHARGED ME 60 BUCKS FOR RECONDION FEE.. I DID NOT DAMAGED THIS PART AND THE GUY IS CALLING ME A LIAR.. IM SOOOO UPSET RIGHT NOW I WANT TO JUMP THROUGH THE PHONE AND CHOKE THE GUY.. BEWARE OF A CERTIAN SPONSOR THAT WE HAVE THAT SELLS DISC BRAKE CONVERSIONS. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVS

AS YOU NOTICE I DIDNT POST THE NAME OF THE COMPANY BUT YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT YOUR SELF AND PLEASE DONT ASK WHO IT IS OR IF YOU DO KNOW DONT POST IT.

Sorry to hear that Kevin.

Hopefully they will make it right for you.

This will happen when you have a ton of sponsors, some are not going to be very reputable no matter how much they pay to be a sponsor.

I won't mention names either, but I've returned stuff that I have had for months and opened. Put it back in the wrapper and taped it nice.
Got a refund. They are not a sponser, though.

Regardless of your opinion and how YOU see this, it's against this site's policy.
Not to say that Kevin is lying but in all cases there are two sides to every issue.
Hense this site's blanket policy on Vendor bashing.

If you shipped the booster in their box with their packing, then it's their problem. That's assuming they didn't enclose it in a larger box when they shipped to you.

Some of the product boxes simply aren't designed for shipping and must be packed in a larger box with packing material. A perfect example is a dozen master cylinders in small boxes all packed in a large box sent over from China. The small boxes just aren't tough enough to survive a UPS trip, but some vendors ship master cylinders to us that way. Then the box arrives with part of the casting sticking out one end and the small parts bag missing.:(

i agree, only contact the part vendor and offer to pay the fair value for it. no need to lower yourself to their level..

Look man, if you need to know the name of the sponser that he is talking about so badly, then PM him. That seems pretty easy to me. If this is a "worthless post" then I suppose you just shouldnt read it, save yourself the aggrevation.

I don't have to deal with it Comrade. If I have an unprofane true story to tell, I'll tell it. If it gets deleted or edited I don't care, I'm not paying to be here anyway. Now if I were actually paying to be censored, I would have a problem with that.
