I'm looking at the Mission schedule, and see something kinda cool. They have a day and nite TNT session.

You can run from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. for 70.00 buck's. Look's like this is where the Big Boy's play.

And You can also run from 5:30 P.M. to 11:30ish with all the street car's.

Since the Raceway is located on the Fraser river, You can camp out, and go to the beach while You're there. We gotta schedule a TCNW TNT weekend up there.

Here is alink to the webpage. http://www.missionraceway.com/

I'd love to go play later this summer at Mission.

I was reading thier tech rules and they are a little tighter than we are used too, but it wouldn't take a whole lot for me to comply.

No anti-freeze in cooling system, car must be registered and plated for the street, no plastic nitrous bottle brackets (I'll have to make some metal ones, the pre-fabbed ones are kinda spendy).

Seems like there was other stuff...
No alcohol at the track. I can understand this during operating hours but come on now... it is Canada, eh.

You have to call ahead and register for the Friday morning TNT sessions and then run the street legals that night. They only allow a small number of cars to TNT on Friday.
Even if you just go for the Friday night street legals you can get a ton of runs in. I did the TNT and street legals once last year and got over 20 passes in and could have had more but I was wore out so I stopped racing and watch for a while. You can almost hot lap during the street legals
The tech is not that bad up there and the nitrous bottle rule is an NHRA rule not just at Mission but only if the bottle is in the passenger compartment.

i was reading about it a while ago didnt know how many people would be up for it but you gotta pre register wayyyyy in advance to be able to get a spot and they go way into the night with the street legals. they said the latest they go is 11:00 but its pretty cool seein the track light up at night and cars whizzin down it as fast as they do

Thanks Hoss!
I hadn't been to a track yet with the bottle in the car so I hadn't paid attention to the details of mounting the bottle. I just knew that if it was in the passenger compartment they wanted it vented outside for some reason.:D Mine is in the trunk so my plastic mounts are ok? cool!
