I bought a set of assembled door panels and was wondering what the easiest way to mark and cut the holes for the handles and screws for thearm rests. any help?

Mine from PUI had the cardboard backer punched where you just had to take an exacto knife to the slotted sections holding the punched areas in place then cut the vinyl covering from the back side. The arm rest holes were mostly already punched thru also. If yours isn't this way, then go to the art store or Wal Mart and get a grease pencil and rub it generously on the window crank and door handle shaft. Then all you have to do is line up the panel and press it hard up against the shafts for the grease pencil to transfer. Best of all is the grese pencil won't damage anything or stain the vinyl if it gets on it.

Thanks. I'll try that. I was also thinking about matching the old one with the opposite side front to front. if I'm thinking it right it should give me positions for the correct placement. I'll look closer to the back first.

I used an orange Testors Model Paint pen and painted the tops of the plastic inserts and screw heads. Then aligned the panel, pressed it against the clips and heads and quickly removed the panel. The back side had paint impressions on it and made placing the clips a snap. Model thinner took off any paint I didn't want.
