The backside looks like it was printed with grape juice...unlike the $10 bill which was printed using coffee.

I like them. My bank cashed a check for $30 and the new bills were stuck together. They have a machine that spits out the bills and I got 2 10s and 4 5s. I didn't notice until I took a 5 out and found 2. It's either that or they're multipling in my wallet.

Believe it expires July 1,2008 when gas is expected to exceed $5 a gallon.:thumbsup:

It's fake. Everyone knows the real $5 bills are made in China, NOT Nebraska.

My son actually does have one of those new fiver's. Interesting. Although when I looked at it close, it appears it was printed in 2006. Unless my eyesight is really going south. In my defense, I didn't have my reading glasses on, but he looked at it and agreed.

As for that one in the link, yup, it'll be useless soon.

I've seen several of the puprle 5's..... It is just a slow progression... in a few years it will look just like monopoly money and worth just the same.
