I had my passenger side header off during a tranny change out, and noticed that #8 clyinder header tube was a light gray all the way to the collector. I noticed today that the #8 plug is also light gray. The other cylinders and plugs are OK. Engine runs excellent. Idles excellent.

Have 750 Holley on Edl. air gap, 454. 8.5 -9 comp. ratio. using Autolite 25 plugs
