Well, i thought i had my heart set on getting TT2's for my 1972 Chevelle until I ran across the Boyds Smoothie 2's and Junkyard Dogs. What do u guys think of these choices? Of the Boyd's what looks the most like the Torqers? To me, I don't see much difference between the Smoothie 2's and the JYD's. I see the Boyds come in a 17x10, will this fit in my car with my 12 bolt? If so, with what BS?

A good friend of mine has the same wheel as I do and we are parked side by side at shows. His are chrome and mine are polished. When you see them side by side there is no comparison..Don't get me wrong they look great but the chrome just look that much better.
Plus they are a heck of alot less work to keep up

Either Boyd wheel looks good. What car are you putting the wheels on? Any pictures of the car?
I have smoothies and I can say they are very easy to clean - no nooks or crannies at all. The one down side I see is that spoke curve that someone mentioned. I needed a 3/4" adapter to get C5 calipers to fit the fronts. Yes now the BS is off in the front. I think someone might want a pair of 17 x 9.5, 5.5 BS - they are perfect for the rear.

I agree with 68kmeno, I always thought Boyd was an jerk. He' ll never get a dime off me and I would never put anything with his name or likeness on my cars. Mark
Go to wheelsforless.com, they have the best prices on Foose wheels I've found, plus they have Boyds, American Racing, and the TT2s!!! It's worth a look. Oh yeah, I'm going to go for either the Foose Nitrous or Nitrous chrome....that's my vote.
Foose sold wheel biz to MHT. He has nothing to do with wheel biz anymore.
