go throught this beautiful restoration and not paint the car GARNET RED ? This car is really nice. Im not cutting on it, maybe he liked the color, i dont know but it sure is pretty. Can you guys pick it apart. I know its got headers and wrong mufflers already. Grille is wrong and the frame looks pitted real bad, might be weak...? Im really thinking about it, kindda like an investment sortta kindda(i know gold is better). But the color has got me off track. If it was Garnet Red thats another story. Thanks for your input. Anyways it sure is nice.

Yes, I'm partial to garnet red--beautiful deep rich red color.
That color is nice too. Is it anywhere near the orig Burgundy in 69? You don't see many of those.

The rear antenna is in the wrong location and the right side stripe seems to be far from straight. I would take the wood grain insert off of the steering wheel. It doesn't belong there.

Pretty car. I could do without the body color undercarriage though, and the grey control arms. I wouldn't be ashamed to drive that.
