Will these wheels tires fit?

Wondering if these will fit on the rear of a 70 Elk thats been lowered a couple inches.
18x10, with 5 inches back space with 255/45 x 18 tires

has the rear end been tubbed out that is pretty wide tire?

They should slide right in. A backspace of 4.5" usually centers the tires nicely in there. You might have to use a .5" spacer to clear the shock mount tab, but with the 18's it just might clear it.

255 is kinda small for a 10" wheel. You can fit 295 and up on those. I think the recomended width is 7".
