I bought and installed the Rond Davis radiator, but the fan has a connector on it, that I can't find the other sex for.

The connector looks something like this where the wider are has a horizontal connection and the skinnier are has a vertical connection:

I have tried Pepboys, Napa, Kragen, and AutoZone. I can change the connector but then I would have butt connectors along with the new connector on the fan side. Thoughts?

Most auto parts stores carry GM weather pack connectors. You would not have to use butt connectors (I would Solder and shrink wrap before that anyway) because you attach the pins to the cut wire for a clean install. Just make sure you get the connector that is compatable with your gauge of wire.

Did you try contacting Ron Davis Radiators and see if they sell the female side of the connector?
It looks like it comes in their fan relay kit. maybe they will sell it separate.

I just used two insulated female spade lug connectors. It doesn't look as good as the proper connector would but it's fine electrically.

find a setup that has male/female connectors(can be for anything a/c stuff or a donor electric fan car).take a small pin and press the tabs on the connectors inside the plastic connector so that the wires will slip out with the metal connector.
take you donor plastics bend the tabs back up and slide them into the new donor plastics.napa has all the metel connectors with the tabs that will slide into the proceeding end of the plug.
