Hello everyone! Joined up with my dads 1969 Pro Street car that I am slowly trying to get back on the road. It has been sitting for 10 years in my grandpas shed. Last year I got it out and started installing a Holley Sniper and hyperspark system on it. Its drag racing days are over, I'm just trying to get it streetable again so i take it to shows and weekend cruse.

Thank you sir! My dad raced this car in Humboldt quite a few times in the 90s and 2000s. Im in Madrid just about in the middle of Ames and Des Moines. Every year we go to the Night of Fire at Humboldt.

I will get more pictures of it as well. I don't work on it every night since I don't have room at my house. I go out to my grandpas shop a few times a week to work on it. I will have get the cam specs from my dad but It now has a Holley sniper efi with hyperspark, 454 punched out to a 496, dart heads, full manual turbo 400 reverse valve body, 9inch rear end spooled. I don't remember the rotating asy in it either I will have to get the details on that as well. Car is all so caged and tubbed with factory interior minus the rear seat. Its a fun car been really excited to bring it back to life since my dad lost interest.

Oh defiantly keeping it the way it is, just keeping off the track at least for a while. Im getting ready to order the rear tires from Hoosier, but getting radials in a 31 18.50 15 so it can be street driven. Thank you for the kind words as well!

Welcome! I'm in extreme east Iowa, next to the Mississippi. I have always liked the classic "fast look" of tubbed, fat tire muscle. I like it much better than giant rims with a sliver of rubber.
