Need someone to measure TV bracket for 4150/4160 Holley carb for me.
Need center to center on mounting holes and angle/distance for cable pin.
Thanks

I have a new in the bag kit at my car in the storage garage that I'm not using, I'll go by there this afternoon and measure it along with pics, want the cable measurement? my trans doesn't use a TV cable since it's a manual valve body but I didn't realize that till later

Are you creating a new bracket for use with a 2004r or 700r4? If so, what you really need to know is the geometry from the centerline of the throttle shaft of the pin.

That data I can give you:

You want the TV cable pin to be between 1.094" and 1.125" from the center of the throttle shaft.

The angle of the arc it goes from idle to full throttle is roughly 78*.

You want the total travel of the TV cable going from idle to full throttle to be between 1.377" and 1.416". This is actually the critical number to measure when you pull the cable.

Yes measure please, I'm using it for a 700R4
Have to ask, since you're not using it would you want to sell it?

All info I can find is the same bracket used for 200R4 and 700R4.

Sure, want the whole kit? it's a TCI kit from Summit, I also have a Shiftworks 4 spd Forward pattern P R N D 3 2 1 lense Edit again, I also have a SW detent plate but don't think you'd like it, this is the cable kit I have but not using, make an offer but you’ll have to pay shipping from Fl 33713 I’ll throw in the shift lense and SW forward shift detent plate but it Slap 1-2 then squeeze handle for 3 then Slap 4, seems odd to me

No was just looking to the plate for the carb itself.
I still have to buy a console for mine to get rid of the B&M shifter I have now and use the OEM set up.

I'll go there and measure the plate and take pics (y) Do you need thickness? I think the battery is dead in my digital caliper

Here’s some pics, if you need more let me know, I’m going to send you a PM too

I just can see spending like $35 plus shipping for a little piece of metal.
Gotcha. Here is one for $26.58 with free shipping if this helps:

In any case, make sure you get it right, or you will be rebuilding your transmission in short order, which will negate the cost savings of not getting it right.

I'm well aware of damaging the trans.
Just put an offer in to the seller.

I made my TV Geometry Corrector Bracket for my 2004R trans (the reason being that the correct version for the Holley carb was not available when I installed my 2004R - See post #8).
The dimensions for the correct geometry corrector for a Holley carb with a 2004R or 700R4 trans is shown on post #16.

NOTE: The TV Geometry Corrector Bracket (for a Holley carb with a 2004R or 700R4 trans) shown in post #10 is the older/incorrect style (as explained in the above link).

I just bought that TCI kit from Summit last year, wonder why they'd be selling old (Not Correct) parts?
