Yes but cant find 5D? maybe its 5O? The Unknown option? The tag is on a 64 I bought but its not delivered. I hoped it was a Powertop looks like it is manual

Yes late atlanta. Supposed to be a 327 4 spd goldwood yellow paint black interior, seller thought it was a powertop. Im not sure and Ive already bought it so no way back. Its a roller no engine or transmission lots of missing parts so going to build it as I want, want Powertop so guess I will have to try to convert it. Some says its just to add pistons and pump/motor some says parts are different in the convertible top frame?

Malibu ss 64, IIRC, the mechanism for a power top is different than a manual car, hope it's already power and good luck!!
Thanks!
Do you know the difference? You dont happen to have a 64-65 convertible? If maybe we can compare pictures?

The 50 shows as unknown, I suggest your reach out to Jeff Helms, he may know
Same as I think, first I thought it was 5D but probably 5O.

Thanks!

I had a 64 with a power top, but no more. Possibly the area where the power pistons attach.

👍🏻 from my understanding that area is the same. Seen conflicting info that the area over the windows differ? Seen exploded views of both manual and power top and the only difference are that springs are mounted in same locations as pistons on manual vs power? So had been nice to compare what comes with a actual powertop frame.
