tire size for looks is a mater of perspective. If you want to just know what tires are equivalent to stock or back in the day? some here maybe able to help.

When I first purchased my car it had 195/75/14s, ran them for a while then went to 205/70/14. I went with Milestar tires and they really worked well, grippy, quiet, and had a smooth ride.
