I am installing a T56 Magnum 6 speed with an American Powertrain kit.

I was hoping someone might have some pictures of how they mounted the Wilwood master cylinder bracket.

I have seen many other threads with brackets mounted off the brake booster etc. however this kit comes with a bracket which can be angled and installed (supposedly) direct to the fire wall.

Does anyone have some photos of their install??

Hi Chris , I installed that bracket and clutch master in my 61 Impala , it was supposed to be a bolt in , but far from it , I mounted it where the clutch rod originally went through the firewall , I'll try and get some pics latter ,

Here is a couple of pics , I welded a plate to the column support and ended up welding the master cylinder bracket to it , cheers ..

Thanks, mine is auto so will have a guess where to run the rod and then look at the rest. Was hoping not to have to remove the rake booster and bleed the brakes, but i gues this is a good excuse to fit the new 8" double diaphragm booster and disc brake rear end!
