When I turn on my headlights, right turn
signal, fan and hit the brakes the motor
dies. When I first got the car I found
a wire and switch under the dash running
to the starter but was disconnected, but
you can see the power wire to the ignition
switch was cut and splicted. the car
ran fine and all at once this problem
came out of nowhere. Is this problem as
simple as a bad ground??? a bad ignition
witch??? or ??? please help.
thanks bob

When the car dies, do you still have 12 volts (or any voltage) on the + side of the coil? Measure the + ccoil to ground.
