`wiring problems for 70 ss 396, engine compartment

did all 396-350 4-speed chevelles come with the TCS system? Would love to talk with someone who is familiar with the wiring harness( engine side )on a 70 SS 396-350 four speed no air. I need help with some of the wire locations and hookups. If there is anyway you could call me or e-mail a number and I will call you back.
