I have a '66 Chevelle and need some help. Anyone know where I can get the male end wiring harness connector that connects to the turn signal switch/bearing wiring harness in the steering column in a '66 Chevelle? I have replaced the factory harness with a Painless harness and need to connect it to the factory steering column harness. I've tried Painless and M&H but they won't sell just the connector. What I would like is a connector with about 6" of the wires pigtailed so I can easily connect it to the wires from the Painless harness. A good used one would be just fine. My guess is just about any GM product from around that year will work. It is kind of half moon shaped to wrap around the steering column.
Thanks!!

And have you contacted the wiring harness vendors such as American Autowire ( a sponsor here) and M&H Fabricators for this?
Neither place sells individual connectors.

Have you looked in older cars in a junkyard? And have you contacted the wiring harness vendors such as American Autowire ( a sponsor here) and M&H Fabricators for this?
As I stated in my original post, yes I have been in touch with Painless & with M&H but they won't sell just the connector. There are no junkyards around my area with cars that old. They've already crushed them. One that does have a few '60's GM cars won't let the customer into the yard and they say that that little part isn't worth their time and effort. One yard I found about an hour away that is full of old cars is only open Saturday mornings from 8-12 and you have to call weeks in advance to make an appointment. They won't let me cut a wiring harness. Have to buy the whole thing and they are asking $125 for it.
