I'm changing my reverse switch from the column to on the 4sp so I don't have to use the reverse lockout rods on my 69 chevelle and this way is alot cheaper than buying the reverse lockout mechanism kit which is about $100.00

Since there wasn't any harness going to the 4sp before I need to know how the wires where routed from the 4sp to the fire wall like on the 68 models.

Where the wires held in place on the transmission or held in place on the bottom of the floor. Where there clips or something to hold the wires in place?

I'm worried that if I don't get this right the wires could get tangled up in the linkage rods .

Thanks for any help
Jerry
