I am looking to buy an electric fan (today hopefully). My 406 stays between 180-185 while driving at 25mph and above. But when sitting at stoplights or during a slow cruise, it creeps up over 200. I am looking at buying this fan to use as a pusher:

Part # PRM-19115

Will this be sufficient? It's rated between 2100 and 2950 cfm - 16" fan. It will be an aid to my clutch fan. Should I mount it in front of the radiator, or inside the existing fan shroud?

Thanks!

That fan should work as an auxiliary pusher, I run a similar setup on my 402, in front of the radiator. Ask BB_Mike, if you don't mind electrics he swears by the (Gasp) Ford 95 windstar factory setup instead of your mechanical.
