71 Chevelle Malibu
Suspension is 2" drop in rear and 1 1/2" drop in front
I want to fit as wide as possible in rear
I got some measurements before from this site for stock height.

17X9.5 w/ 5.5 BS
275-40X17 front

17X11 w/6.25 BS
315-35X17 Rear

Does anyone know if this will fit without cutting?
Do you have any recommendations or alternative sizes for a 17 rim?

That combo will fit. You may have to trim the fender lip on the rear, but it will be a tight fit; it does look good too. That is the max you can fit under there with out futher modifaction and i would recommend a panhard bar (spelling) because with the drop your rears may rub a little.

You should not have to trim the rear fender lip but you MAY get some rubbing if you have moldings installed. You can trim almost 1/4" off the molding til it meets up with the fender lip. That should be enough unless you have some serious lateral misalignment of your rear end. You need to get the wheels centered though.
