[67 malibu mars]

hello everyone, this is my first post but i have been watching this forum religously for the past 6 mos. I am going to get a new torque converter for my 67 malibu but honestly know nothing about them. i currently am running a mild 350(10.5:1 comp, bored 30 over, HEI, holley 750 vacum secondaries, ported heads and intake) i have a th400 trannie with a B&M shift kit, 12 bolt rear and 4.11's. I want to have the car give one hell of a jump off the line, but now it only really chirps the tires. what converter are yall running-or do you have any good suggestions.

what does your cam spec. out at? that will have alot to do with it.

That's should explain a lot about how tc work.

Www.edgeracingconverters.com I bought mine through them. Give them all the specs of your car and they build a custom tc. Plus I got a tshirt

I concur on Edge convertors. I run there convertor and can say their customer support is excellent, even thru problems. No probs with the convertor what so ever. They'll build it for your application.
