Where to start??

In what order should I have my new Convertible top installed on my 72 convertible?

Should I have the top installed before any of the body work is done?
Or should I have the body done and in primer then have it installed?
I am pretty sure that I should not wait and install it after the body and paint are completed.

The same goes for the windshield replacement.

Any words of wisdom are appreciated.

The only concern with installing it after the paint is done is that the paint may get scratched.

I will have the new installed after the body, and paint. Thanks guys.

Good to hear from a local!
I live out by Oakview Mall/Lake Zorinsky.

I have been trying to find a good shop here locally, and have not gotten far. I will have to check them out.

Do you have any recommendations on a good body shop that will do more than collision work here in Omaha?
