I dont know exactly what these pieces are called but they are the stainless trim pieces that screw inside the door area to the body. There is a rubber seal that is glued inside the track. Are thse pieces available aftermarket, and do they come with the rubber seal?It seems like the seal would have to be glued in after the stainless trim piece has been screwed in. Does this come with the complete weather seal sets, such as the ones Ausleys sells?

any glass shop will sell the rubber trim. This is the track that holds the glass?

I bought my windows from a glass shop and they gave me three different thicknesses of rubber to go in the track for the windows.

I don't believe these metal tracks are available reproduction.
I haven't seen them, anyway.
I think you'll have to find a good used set.
The rubber moulding is available in most catalogs such as Ground-Up, NPD, and Year One.

I call them the "upper weatherstrip retainers". Your going to have to find originals. The rubber weather strip is not a problem to find. You can use any GM A-body retainers from 66- 67 ( GTO, LeMans, Cutlass, 442, Skylark, & GS) if you can't find the Chevy ones.
You tear the weatherstrip out to access the special flat head phillips screws (keep) and then you'll have to slip/pry them off with a putty knife since they are attached with double sided sticky foam tape.

Sounds like a good name to me as well. I still have the originals (already lost the screws), but they are a little rough. I'll try to give them a good polishing and see how they look. Thanks for all the info to everyone that replied.
