I have looked everywhere and have come up empty. I'm pretty close to just bypassing it because I can find one.

The 70 doesn't have an ignition relay. You looking at something else?

Someone else put this on the car after it was converted to HEI. I think the relay has gone bad and is giving me some problems when hot. I made myself a jumper wire with alligator clips on each end so I can start the car when hot and quickly disconnect them. Should I just bypass it?

Pick up something like this. Run it into the IGN terminal on the fuseblock. You will need a 1/4 inch spade connector to plug it into the fuseblock.
Loose the relay.
