Wheel wells, but not quarter?

I have been working feverishly on the passenger quarter, wells, and trunk and am almost done. I looked over the driver quarter, and even though I ordered a new one, it seems as if I can get by without replacing the quarter. The wells are another story. Anybody have any ideas as to replacing the wells and not the quarter? I can do the whole thing, but if I can get by with only the wells, it would be great!

Any advice would be appreciated.
